Welcome to Vanderbilt Country Club Naples FL

I would like to welcome Jim and Phyllis Warren to Vanderbilt Country Club.

They have been long time seasonal renters, and decided to acquire their own vacation property right at Vanderbilt Country Club. They still have a home in New England, but are spending the winter with us here at Florida’s Crown Jewel, that is Naples Florida. They purchased this fully furnished condominium right on the 11th Fairway, within 5 minutes walking distance from the Clubhouse facilities and 15 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach adjacent to the Ritz Carleton. There are only two cities in the world that have 2 Ritz Carleton’s, and in typical Naples fashion, ours are ON THE SAME STREET!

Bundled Golf Communities Trivia – The Winner is…

Heritage Bay delivered 251 new units in 2010 (built by the developer, Lennar Homes). The contest was specific to resale pre-owned units, and that number was 52, therefore there are 303 new owners on the roster.

Answer: The condo was located 6828 Sterling Greens in Glen Eagle. It was listed for $124,900, sold at $100,000 and closed in 15 days. Please note the above photos – as you can see this property was not a distressed property.
