Bundled Golf Naples FL and Private Golf Real Estate Reports & Trivia Question
Last week’s strong sales did not reduce inventory, and here is why this is so….. The increased pace of sales last week was driven by move up buyers, who naturally will be listing their property for sale. The folks who come in and rent are mostly not here yet. Of the 61 reservations we have (MY TEAM) only 5 new check-ins are scheduled for the week. We look to this group as a source of good leads, and they will be happy to see the “Just Ask for The Bear” team members as we welcome them………….. We still have their mail box keys to hand out! Well I do everything I can to get my listings sold. All is fair in love, war, and marketing your properties!!!
