Inventory levels generally have been reduced, ever so slowly, for the last 6 or 7 months. If you look at the numbers below, these 11 communities have gone from 417 to 412, (about 1%) in this last week THAT IS GOOD. We had a 1% turnover in inventory for the week. THAT IS NOT SO GOOD. One group of economists concludes that there is another wave of property value devaluation, and another group concludes that prices are going up.

Here is my take. The elevator is not in free fall………some Naples FL communities are still falling, some are more stable, kind of holding their own.
