As you will notice below, there was only one closing (hint, check the “Bundled Golf Naples FL Quarterly Report “), which is a reflection of the lack of significant sales volume in prior weeks. The week was fairly active with showings, so hopefully the sales agreements will not be far behind. I am disturbed by the increased inventory levels. Naples Lakes has been adding significant inventory since July 1st, 2011 and Forest Glen has not been able to reduce its inventory levels.

GOOD NEWS: Heritage Bay is 2 months from being sold out and built out in Multifamily, and is 5 to 6 months away from delivering new units at Treviso Bay (the TPC course acquired by Lennar Florida) I am hoping that this gives us a window to whittle down inventories.
