Bundled Golf in Naples FL – Highlights for the week:

1.  Heritage Bay has sold all of their remaining condos and all but ONE Coach Home!

2.  The one Carriage Home sale from 2 weeks ago, has generated the re-sale of a Villa at Vanderbilt Country Club, which in turn generated the purchase of a large home in the Golden Gate Estates sector of Collier County.

3.  The largest category of golf course inventory is the condos. I posted my personal listings which number 22 at the moment. 12 of them are on Parkstone Place in Vanderbilt Country Club. Please review the listings and call me 239/850-1366 or email me if I can be of any assistance.

If we can find the key to moving some of this inventory (this is true at all of the golf courses), then we would begin to see the wheel turning. That is why I see line #1 above as being critical to the rest of the market place in Collier County.
