Bundled Golf Naples FL Weekly Real Estate Report
The increase in showings over the last two weeks has resulted in a net sales number of 14, which is the highest in quite a stretch. This only counts those transactions that have a contract and where the status has been changed from Active to Pending. I have 2 sales where the status has not been updated by the listing office. However we had significant number of new listings so the net Actives have gone up from 359 last week to 365 this week. So what is going on?
I have not figured this out yet, but have some good ideas. In the meantime, rental demand has been super strong for the 2012 Winter season. HERITAGE BAY has less than 5 condos left to sell, which should bode positive news for the rest of the Bundled Golf Market in Naples FL.
