The trend line that became barely visible over the last two weeks has become a little clearer. The “Real Hot Deals” are slowly receding into your rear view mirror. Prices are not, I REPEAT< NOT, increasing. They have stopped falling.

Inventory has dropped from 238 units to 226 last week, and down to 218 for this week. Seven (7) new sales only six (6) new listings. There is still a lot of downward pressure on the condominium sector, whether they are called Waterford, Terraces, Coaches, that section is over inventoried and will see an average decrease of 10% in value, until the 2 bedroom units hit $150,000.00 As these begin to revalue, and sell, this will free up the owners to upgrade. Like trading in a car, the important number is my car plus how much?
